Tom Burt’s Hill is located between Marlow Hill and Carver Hill Road in High Wycombe. It is a large open space which has great views of the town centre.
The area is bounded by a hard standing path suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs, and has a mixture of open space, mature and semi mature trees. It has a quiet peaceful ambience and is used by local residents as well as visitors from a wider area. An information board very close to the protected area details the history of Tom Burt’s Hill, and other information boards are located within the wider open space and woodland area, provided by Chiltern Rangers, showing suggested circular walking routes and points of interest with local wildlife.
