The Magic of High Wycombe’s Christmas Lights!
This year, High Wycombe town centre transformed into a festive wonderland for the annual Christmas Light Switch-On. Thousands of visitors came together to celebrate the start of the holiday season in style, enjoying a day packed with family-friendly activities and entertainment.
A Festive Day to Remember
The festivities kicked off at noon, with something to delight everyone in the family. Children were enchanted by fun rides and creative craft stalls, while food trucks served up delicious treats from around the globe. Santa himself made a special appearance, spreading holiday cheer and posing for photos with excited little ones.
Live Entertainment and Special Guests
The town centre buzzed with live music and performances across two stages, featuring local artists and groups. Families couldn’t get enough of Bluey & Bingo, the lovable Heeler sisters, who brought joy and laughter to the Frogmoor stage.
A Sparkling Finale
The evening reached its peak with the grand Christmas Light Switch-On. Wycombe Wanderers mascot, Bodger, joined forces The Swan’s “Aladdin” and local dignitaries to lead the countdown. As the lights illuminated the town, the atmosphere was filled with festive spirit, marking the official start of the holiday season.
