We sat down with local business owner Oana Puie, to find out more about her new business which operates from No 25 High Street. Life In Colours Photography studio is a wonderful venue, offering maternity, newborn, family and early birthdays. The décor of the photography studio creates a fantastic setting, with many of the props & sets lovingly created by Oana herself. We asked Oana a few questions to help us get to know her and why she chose High Wycombe for her new venture.

Q. Tell us a bit about you and your business?

I started working as a Family Photographer nearly 6 years ago after being made redundant from my previous job working as a Marketing Manager. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Photography and a MA in Media and PR. The dream was always to have my own studio and I am very thrilled and thankful that I can live this dream. I specialise in Maternity, Newborn and Cake Smash ( early birthdays ) photography and have attended many workshops and classes to specialise within these fields.

Q. Why did you choose High Wycombe as a destination for your business?

High Wycombe is at a perfect distance from London and other big cities, which means I am able to offer my services to more people, whilst it is also less busy and more family friendly.

Q. What would you say is your business unique selling point (USP)?

I pride myself with the high level of service that I offer, and the quality of my work. I have invested heavily in my education and props in order to make sure I offer a top quality experience to my clients. I love colours and see children as the colour of our lives, hence I love using a lot of colour into my work.

Q. Do you have any exciting upcoming plans/events or offers?

I am currently running my Mini Christmas Sessions up until the 16th of December ( more info can be found on the website here – https://www.lifeincoloursphotography.com/christmas-mini-sessions) and I am also planning to start offering Head shots for local businesses at £75 for 3 edited digital images -15min time slot

Q. What local ‘hidden gem’ would you recommend to any town centre visitors (could be another local business, attraction or walk etc but must be in the town centre)?

5) The Kubik Cafe on the High street , next to my studio. Lovely staff and amazing coffee!

Q. Where can people find out more about your business?

6) Clients can find me on Facebook at @lifeincoloursphoto or Insta @lifeincoloursphotography and of course my website www.lifeincoloursphotography.com
