Located Oxford Street opposite Travelodge, and open EVERY DAY, Bun Squad is an American-inspired basketball-themed restaurant which opened earlier on in the year, introducing top-quality burgers to High Wycombe town centre, with special discounts, giveaways and tasty food – there’s not much that beats it.
With the TikTok trend of smash burgers, Bun Squad has taken their own delicious spin on this with beef, chicken, and vegetarian options and let’s say they have ‘smashed it’. Other options including fancy fries, American-style hotdogs and flavoured chicken wings are also available.
Rachael from the HWBIDCo took her children to Bun Squad last week and thought it was brilliant quality at an extremely affordable price. She got 3 burgers and 3 sides for less than £20 – BARGAIN!
Rachael had the Halloumi Burger, which she said was a dream, stating “it was very good, juicy and the fries were gorgeous – big portions, and a tasty burger”. Rachael’s children got discounted kids’ meals which were as tasty as her own, and a perfectly respectable size. Her daughter had the chicken tenders which were crispy and perfectly cooked – something the whole HWBIDCo team were jealous of when we saw the photos…
Rachael also noted that the menu was 100% halal, and offered something for all dietary requirements – she would recommend them highly to anyone.
